WORKING WITH ATTORNEYS
What to expect when you retain me
What I need to get started
Three years of business tax returns and financial statements, personal returns, bank and card statements as needed, an ownership summary, and a short call to understand the case posture and deadlines.
Turnaround
Most engagements move from signed engagement letter to draft report in 4-6 weeks. Tell me your court date and I'll tell you if it's realistic.
Fees & engagement
Retainer-based and billed against actual hours, with a written scope letter before work begins. Fees are never contingent on the outcome or the concluded value.
Confidentiality & conflicts
Every engagement starts with a conflicts check against opposing parties, counsel, and the business itself. Retain me as a consulting expert first and designate me as a testifying expert later if the analysis supports it. Case details stay confidential.
